Here are a few key points we are proud of to offer on our differential covers:
Cast with aircraft grade A356.2 aluminum
Heat treated for added strength
Aluminum will dissipate heat away from the gear box
Cooling the differential reduces damage to your bearings
Cover is 3/8" thick, with the top flange a ½" thick and the bottom at 1" thick
The bottom bolts are countersunk to avoid them catching on anything
Eliminates the need for a protective skid plate
Stainless steel hardware including fill plug and magnetized drain plug and silicon gasket included
Overfill guide hole
Made in the USA
Available for Dana 27, Dana 30, Dana 44, Dana 60 & Dana 70 Axles.
